Pain Release Process

Please close your eyes and tighten your whole body. Hold the tension for a moment and then let it go and take a deep breathe in, releasing all stress from your body. You may need to do this process several times to completely relax.

Now, place your hands on the part of your body where you are experiencing pain. If you can’t reach that part put your attention on it and breathe into it. You may also want to have a pen and paper ready to write down any response your body gives you. Breathe into the pain and feel what is going on in that part of your body. Ask if that part of your body has a message for you. Do not judge what the message is. It could be very simple - that you listen too much to other people and don’t trust yourself or that you are holding onto unresolved pain from the past or even that you need some rest, etc.

Tell your body that you are willing to make changes so that it can heal.

Now, focus on the area just above your head and say:  I now choose to connect to my Divine Healing Intelligence.

Imagine that healing gold light now pours into your head. Be aware of any tingling sensation you may be feeling.

Now place your hands out in front of you. And repeat either aloud or to yourself:

I now activate my own healing ability.
I now activate my own healing ability.
I now activate my own healing ability.

Now imagine the gold light is pouring into your hands and activating them for healing.

Place the hands on the part of your body which has pain and say:

I allow all pain in my body to now release
I allow all pain in my body to now release
I allow all pain in my body to now release

Observe as gold light dissolves all the pain and tension from your body. You may even see a grey heavy energy get dissipate and leaves your body.

When all the density has released, say:   

I welcome healing energy into my body
I welcome healing energy into my body
I welcome healing energy into my body.

You may visualize this healing energy as pink or green light and observe as it moves through your whole body and regenerates it.

Take another deep breath in, notice how much better and relaxed you feel and say with all your belief:

IT IS DONE!

When you are ready, gently bring your attention back to the room you are in and open your eyes, feeling relaxed, alert and refreshed.

Become aware of how different you feel. If you are in pain practice this process several times a day.
